I am here to report about a terrible scam that has robbed me not only of my money but of my health. The Web site slim180.com, which is basically a front for the so-called doctor Shekhar Challa and the Kansas Medical Clinic, duped me with false testimonials, which made lofty claims about an all-natural weight loss formula. Not only have I not lost any weight whatsoever, I have been exceedingly sick ever since taking the formula; it has been more than a week now and I cannot stop vomiting. I have a nurse friend who looked at the contents of the formula and listened to me describe my symptoms, and suggested that the formula was basically toxic. I am considering filing a class action lawsuit, and highly advice everyone to stay away from this very hazardous scam!
