Dear Sir
I purchased a question bank from Kaplan Medical for two months for prepaing USMLE STEP 2 .

My is order number is 117510895. It worked properly only for 4 days. After that I am complaining through emails( 5-6 times a day) and phones to the Kaplan Medical.

Everyday new problem is with the question bank such as
1. Explanations appear with the unsolved questions.
2. Explanations do not appear after solving the questions
3. Sometimes correct answers are already marked.
4. Sometimes the test which I marked becomes insolved.
My repeated requests fell to deaf ears. Now few days are left for the last date. They wasting alot of my time everyday.
Please do the needful.
