I bought 2 laptop computers from Dell on May 13th, 1 crash a week later and had to reboot 1 again. Then I was suppose to get 2$75.00 coupon from them in 6 to 8 weeks. Well I never receive the coupons, now it is Aug 18th and I still did not received my coupons. They then email me a coupon but it is no good. Now I am on the phone with Dell and they are all upset with me and fighting with me over what is due to me. They refuse to issue me what I am entitle to, they will not let me speak to a manager. What do I do???
