I am using LPG and a customer of Indane gas for the last 32 years and now I am residing at Shidipura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-5. Our area dealer M/S KAY AAR ENTERPRISES, 8771/14, Shidipura not providing satisfactory services to the customers. I am one of the harassed customer. Every time the staff members as well the owner of the agency do not pick the ph while we call them for booking the cylinder and after 10-15 days whenever we spare time then we have to visit personally and book the cylinder and when customers ask for not picking the phone then they people said it is your duty to visit personally we are not bound to attend your phone calls. We all family members are working. Please do the needful while taking proper action.
