I found out when I got my phone bill that Kazaa was able to add their charge for this service. I would have never tried this music service had I known they were able to do this to my phone bill. I cancelled the service only to find out that an additional month was already billed and I could not get a refund for any of the charges. I feel totally ripped off!!!

After paying for the KAZAA Music Downloads (www.mykazaamusic.com) service - I was able to use the program for 1 weekend then all kinds of crazy things went wrong-viruses on my computer; can’t download need to update cookies, all kinds of other messages would appear when trying to get to the music. I have sent many messages to them; tried to find a phone number. I was told by 2 people this was a great site-THEY WERE WRONG.

Just warn people about this and try to keep them away.
