I am a paying member of Lucille Roberts, I always go to Kearny where the customer service girls are nasty, and their main trainer Erica is FAT. With that being said I went there Wednesday and was denied entry because I left my card at home. I offered them my license and was told that I needed to show my card for insurance purposes, these girls see me all the time, the girl that told me that was Jessica who is always, always, nasty, I was embarrassed and left. Even though the girls are nasty I always told myself that I wasn't there for them so I continued to go. However, after Wednesday I have switched to the Irvington gym and I found it to be very pleasant I was even able to take a class with an instructor who is NOT FAT, I loved it and will never go back to Kearny. Stay away from Kearny at all cost.
