I ordered a camera bag from keh.com in september and started to get worried when I had not received it a month later... Well, they said they sent me an email even though I never got one, regarding my address, because they do not ship to P.O.Box... so a month later, I send them my physical address, but wait! now, they tell me the shipping charges are not $12.95 like it was on the confirmation email I had received in september, but $31!! The guy on the phone tells me that I would probably have received a notification email telling me that my card was charged $31 and not $12.95, even though the confirmation was sent. Are they allowed to just change the shipping charges on you after you agreed on a price already? I'm never ordering from these liars again!
