Mr. Keil took $2, 500 from me to investigate and chase a debtor. After promising the and detailing the work he was to complete for this amount of money. Mr. David Keil refused to answer the phone or respond to me in any way. He took the money and disappeared.
Mr. Keil is planning to move to LA and start a new detective/investigations business in California.
