He expertly utilizes various tools, including clear aligners (Invisalign); custom, 3-D printed brackets with associated wires (LightForce); a new lingual (behind the teeth), and therefore invisible, appliance (Brava); traditional or clear brackets and wires, and collaborative facial surgery and periodontal intervention, to execute the customized, comprehensive treatment plan he creates for each patient after considering not only tooth alignment but periodontal condition, tooth-root and bone relationship, facial hard and soft tissue relationship, age/anticipated facial change, familial facial shape, smile arch, breathing, and overall facial aesthetics.
