You trust that their product is safe enough to eat and only after you ask them to pay for damages they accepted responsibility for, they decline and withdraw their acknowledgement that their product was not safe.

Now you take a look a the pictures of the seed found in the cereal and tell me that it wont cause serious damage to a tooth if you bite down on it thinking that what you are eating is safe.
