Seller on Ebay, goes by the name of Kelshweb and now Ohheavenlydays (in Texas) sells dolls that are not as described, missing parts or not the item that is pictured at all.

Seller is a lunatic and mentally ill - using religion as her cover, she sends non stop harassing emails in response to questions about her items --hell and brimstone, rantings and ravings type emails, truly nuts.

Also claims to be a lawyer, a consumer advocate, and next email will probably claim to be Queen of England.

This is an older woman that is truly insane. She is well known on Ebay for having ripped off lots of buyers (for sending dirty, filthy items that were broken) and sellers (claims damages to try to extort a refund).

Best to avoid Ms. Kelsch and her auctions - she'll rip you off too and then send you hundreds of ranting, raving, disgusting emails too.

Perhaps it's possible to alert her family in Fort Worth, Texas about this? It's possible she's suffering from alzheimers or other mental illness and her family should be notified.
