I went to Kempton park home affairs last year 2010, to change the surname on my child's certificate and I phoned today to my surprise nothing is being done its still in my maiden name, 10 months now, I dont think this is proper service to society, I need to apply for a scholarship for my child and I was going to be happy if everything was going to be in my new surname.
