Within the past 6 months or so I've had a reoccuring problem with my Kenmore Elite Dryer. When you open the door, the light turns on, but when you go to press a button for which ever load cycle you want, it doesn't work! The last time the repair man came out, they had to replace the whole electrical unit on the face of the dryer.. and most likely they will have to do this again. What makes me livid is the lady at Sears says "well you have until 2011 for your warranty", my warranty isn't the issue! The issue is, I keep having this problem occuring over and over. Now either the repair man isn't doing his job properly, or the dryer is faulty and they need to replace it! We didn't spend about $3000 on a washer and dryer for them to only last a year. And I'm still having problems with my dyer not drying to it's full potential! I'm just extremely upset with this whole situation... and something NEEDS to be done about it!
