With in the last two weeks I went to the Sears store to purchase filters for a vacuum I purchased in 2003. I have been in the store to purchase these items before but I did not have my vacuum's number. They appeared to be out of them and a gentleman told me they might have some in later on. To save energy, I gave them a call to see if they might have the items. One was a motor safety filter, no number, and the other was a exhaust filter number 20-86889. I got one person who transferred to someone who never addressed the call. The message said to try later so I tried again some scenario exactly. I attempted to call the manager and got a message that he was unavailable. You all must be doing very well not to have any better service to your customers.
