I did an internet transaction with Kenny Crouch Flowers (The Flower People) on Wednesday 25th November to deliver 100 red roses to my brother in Guernsey for his wedding. (For which I paid a total of GBP 67.93) They should have been delivered on Friday 27th. Instead they were delivered on Monday 2nd December in shocking condition. When I phoned to query this, the attitude was 'get a life, flowers die'.
