I purchased this sofa in Feb. of this yr. Did not buy extended warrenty. Within a few weeks I noticed color was coming off and frame was bent. The store said I did not call within the first week and I have no warrenty.
How many people turn their sofa upside to inspect it when purchased. I wanted a new sofa, they refused. They have sent out a repair man 3 times with a piece to repair frame. All 3 times wrong piece. I still have the wrong piece and we have not heard anymore from them. They said my dog was responsable for the color coming off. Not true, we now have spots on the footrest part where the color has come off.
