It took 40 minutes for me to get to KFC, which my whole family wanted, and 20 minutes to get home only to discover that the chicken was swimming in a puddle of grease which made it very soggy. My husband drove back to get another bucket, and it was packed. He reached them by phone while standing in the restaurant and they informed him that they will replace the chicken. So he comes back home and we try to salvage dinner by eating the meat and it was not even done, raw! and very tough. Now I am angry, because my family is hungry and I spent $25 on a meal we cannot, will not, consume. A bucket on the books does me no good!
