We have booked for a upgraded tour with this company for the product as mentioned above. we want complaint regarding the service they are providing. we reached delhi this morning at and were supposed to head to chandigarh which is hardly about 250 kms. but it took us nearly four hours to come outskirts of delhi only that to with one breakdown of the bus carrying, which the tour leader knew would breakdown at any movement during the journey. and after all that he happened to halt the bus at such a 3rd class dabha where even a state transport operated bus would not have stopped.

now tell me after saying such an heavy amount of fifteen thousand plus per person is this the type of services we get.
