This website has the greatest selection of unique clothing and items such as jewelry and gifts that we have found on the internet. All of our orders arrive packaged impeccably and they have amazing promotions and sales, especially if you sign up for their newsletter. FIVE STARS FOR KETTLE OF FISH CLOTHING
Of all of the girls online clothing boutiques that my daughters and I have shopped at, we find Kettle of Fish Clothing to be the BEST!!! They have the most amazing selection - it's impossible to pull my girls away from the computer whenever we go on their site! The clothing and the brands are spectacular and cannot be beat. Shipping is fast and everything is always packaged so nicely. We tell everyone we know to shop at Kettle of Fish Clothing!

LAIRS AND THEIVES!
Did not send me the same coat as the one on their item page, sent me a different one, ignored my note for contact in the checkout, wouldn't answer my phone calls. Finally emailed me back to say I could not return the coat or anything, and OVERCHARGED me for the coat to boot!
HORRIBLE TERRIBLE company that were rude and uncaring. I recommend Crab Apple Boutique, Recurrent Dreams, or Little Fashions Boutique as alternatives. Would rather have my child go naked then shop there!

They have a wonderful selection of girls clothing, that both I and my daughter absolutely love, at exceptional prices. Failure of Reimursement & Returns
I have never had such poor service and experience online as I have with Kettle of Fish Clothing Co. Since I received my daughter's clothing order from Kettle of Fish Clothing online I have been unable to contact them on over ten e-mails and phone calls...it has been almost TWO WEEKS. They have yet to reimburse me for an outfit I paid for-when my package arrived they wrote "sold out" on the order slip and never reimbursed my account. The number on their website I have called SEVERAL times to also return a dress and there has been no answers and no return e-mails. I shop daily online and have never had this experience. Lastly, the coupon coede they gave me with my order did not work. I am glad to see I am not alone with Kettle of Fish's customer service.
