I gave the owner, Kevin Thomas, a $1, 000.00 deposit for ground preparation for a pool that I was purchasing from Homestead Pools in Salem, Ohio. I cancelled the sale the very next day and notified Mr. Thomas, but he has refused to return my deposit after I phoned him several times.
