Do not buy from this company! I bought two extended camcorder batteries in July and when I went to charge and use them in January for the first time neither one will take a charge (on the camera or the charger I bought from Key Battery). I've written 4 emails and received no response, I've also called 5 times and get an "all circuits busy" message. The key to buying good batteries, don't buy them at Key Battery. I'll be filing an internet fraud complaint and a complaint with the Better Business Buearu.
