Scam
What a scam! I thought they looked familiar when my partner saw them at a meeting in Harrisburg, and i saw their website. The HELL YES guys of Real Estate. They were with Real Estate Riches, I don't know what happen to that, but now they are simply teaching people to buy their deals. WOW! GREAT EDUCATION THERE... "This is how you do a deal, but it only works with OUR deals, and that'll cost you 10, 000" I spoke to another investor that attended the meeting, seems these guys are taking 10, 000 deposits for houses they don't even have. BEWARE! If you're going to buy a deal from them, ask them for the paperwork, and address. GUESS WHAT? THEY DON'T HAVE ANY. They are so desperate for money, they are out just to take your deposits and run. I went thru the Real Estate Riches program in 2005, thanks to the program, I have over 45 properties in Baltimore, and York. The RER program is GREAT, Chad and Scott WERE great, but these guys went sour. I can see why they are no longer with the company. I attended a Real Estate Riches mastermind meeting two weeks ago, and I see Real Estate Riches, has a new local manager. Looks like RER is doing great. I am glad about that. RER taught me everything i know. This is not meant to defame anyone, it is simply a warning, they may infact get you good deals, just don't give them deposit money for 'THEIR WORD" If they say Keys to retirement, GET THE KEY FIRST, THEN PAY THEM!
