Below is an email that I sent to keywordguidesite.com using an email address from their website and I also sent them a letter through the post and I have received no response and neither have I received any product for the money taken.

I will like to know why my bank account has been debited with the amount of £45.25 on the 18th July 2009 which I did not authorise that amount. I have also incurred the following charges due to this and my bank can confirm this.
OVERSEAS TRANSACTION FEE - £1.25
INSTANT OVERDRAFT REQUEST FEE-PAID ITEM - £5
INSTANT OVERDRAFT REQUEST FEE - PAID ITEM CARD - £35
UNAUTHORISED OVERDRAFT MONTHLY FEE - £25

which is a total of £111.50

I have already informed my bank about this transaction being falsed and unauthorised and I will be grateful if you could contact me asap before I take it further.
