In the Karachi airport the older man who work in the customs slammed my passport down so loud that it echoed a mile away. I was very shocked and many people stared and it was so humiliating sand shook me up very much. I feel upset that people in Pakistan treated me in this way and I am really concerned on how to make a complaint because nobody there seems to care. Please advise me as to how I can file a proper complaint as this is the third trip I have taken there and each time I encounter discrimination.
