NO APPOINTMENT 4 U!!!

Everytime my wife or myself call to make an appointment for our child it is like being met at the line-of-scrimmage by a 340lbs. lineman...in all seriousness, they need to chill down. Just the other day, we called up and instead of being greeted by a "hello" it was a "want do you want". And when you say you know your child and they need to see a doctor they say "well how long was the fever for?" and you say "48 hours" and they say "Wrong Answer...NO APPOINTMENT FOR YOU!!!"...and hangup (somewhat dramatized).

The doctors are great here, but the nurse operators need to lighten up a bit, maybe to a 250lbs. lineman size. HIKE!!!
