We had a party for our daughters 7th birthday at this place. When we visited beforehand, everyone was extremely nice. They offered us a 20$ discount on the services. They subsequently offered us two free pizza's. On the day of the party, neither discount was given. People their said that the manager needs to approve these. Its now been 3 weeks with multiple phone calls. The manager has never called us. In fact the staff told us that they will not be picking up our phones anymore since they have caller ID so not to call back. Strongly recommend to get full quote before hand and not to believe anything that is not written down.
