Kimber Acoustics Ltd is an independent acoustic consultancy established in 2013 by Robert Kimber MIOA. We provide clear, proportionate advice on environmental noise, vibration and building acoustics for developers, architects, contractors, planning consultants, public bodies and commercial operators.
Our services include noise surveys and assessments, vibration surveys, BS 4142 assessments, planning noise reports, building services noise control, acoustic testing, sound insulation, room acoustics, occupational noise and complaint investigation. We support projects from early feasibility through planning, design, construction, testing and verification.
Robert Kimber personally reviews and scopes each enquiry, retaining senior oversight through survey planning, assessment, reporting and final technical advice. Our work is based on recognised standards, representative data and practical site-specific review, helping project teams make informed decisions and manage acoustic risk.
