In June 2010 I signed up for a 7 day free trial for web hosting. I had to use PayPal for any purchases made on my website. It took 4 days for Paypal to authorize and become active, so tech. I only had 3 days. I cancelled in June as well and let this trans. slide. In November 2010, Netspeed Hosting LLC has made an unauthorized charge for the same amount of $79.99. They said they are part of Fastnet Learning and that is how my account information came into their hands. They said they would refund my $ and they haven't. In talking with them again they said I need a cancellation #. The # given to me by customer service for Fastnet learning is now another company Liquid Learning and they can't help me. All of these companies are working together and I believe they are all the same, just working under different names and stealing people's money. If they have done this to hundreds of people that is millions of dollars and they should all (including the individuals that work for these companies) be charged with grand larceny.
