My husband and i purchased a king matress set. over $1500.
the box springs are mismatched. the one is wood the other metal. the patterns don't match the matress or other box spring.
the wood boxspring looks like it was used.it's ugly .they sent an inspector out and my husband saw on the work sheet do not look at boxspring.that was one of the reasons in our complaint.
he saw that the springs were mismatched but he said it didn't make a difference.i paid good money for a matress set.not mismatched items.the inspector denied working for company was independent i don't believe it . he was biased and no help whatsoever.what shoud we do now? i don't trust them.
