I was involved in a car accident about 2 months ago, and I'm in no fault at all. A minor driver rear ended me and made me hit the car in front of me. So I was basically stuck in the middle. Turned out that my car was a total loss. This stupid insurance company took a LONG TIME to check my car out from the tow yard. And of course, I being only a student could not afford to take my car out of the junk yard. I expected the insurance to do all the work because IT'S NOT MY FAULT. Now, since the vehicle was under my name I was charged of $2300 for the car staying in the tow yard for over 2 months when the stupid insurance company took their sweet A** time to get back to me. 2 months of not having a transportation to get to places I needed to go to?! Are you kidding me?! Now they want me to take responsible of my own vehicle that I didn't even crash?! WTF?! Don't ever get insurance with Kingsway America. They are WEAK!
