We (as had thousands of others) had a contract with this company to provide Korean language sattelite service. Most of the customers they had prepaid for the service. Couple of months ago the phones went unanswered, the website non-functional and the service discontinued. There was zero communication from the company to explain, apologize and reimburse customers, they just simply vaporized. I complained to the BBB in California but never got any feedback.
