Tech arrived to find out why the 8yr old dryer was leaving small brown stains on our white clothes.

After 45 seconds Tech said that it was the dryer sheets (bounce) we used.
I called the manufacturer and was informed that they had NE VER had such a complaint AND the ptoduct was extensively tested for just such a possibility prior to its release.

When confronted the tech then said that the lint in the dryer cabinet was the cause. Again called the manufacturer...Not a possibility.

Therefore, I told the tech to leave and we would try to find our own answers. I was presented with a bill of $153.00!!! I called A&E and was told that I had to pay that. Next day A&E called to say the bill was justified due to the fact that the tech "cleaned the inside of the dryer cabinet.
I checked...if he cleaned he also put ALL the lint back exactly where it originally was INCULDING my finger mark in the lint!!

Stear clear of this company !!!
