I am really dissapointed with Kitchen and Bedroom Gallery. i bought built - in cupboards at there offices in Randburg. i paid cash that exact day. the first dissapointent i recieved from them was that the day the goods was SUPPOSE to be delieved it wa not and i took the day of work waiting for it the whole day. they did not even give me a call to advise that they would not be coming that day, i had to contact them myself the following day when i went back to work. they advised the guys doing the delivery was held up at another clients place. they made another arrangement of which i could not take off at work but asked my moms maid to be there if the should come. i finally moved into the house i bought on the 150909 and on the 230909 the guy that installed my cupboards came and to my suprise 1 door for my waredrope was missing as well as the L plugs (wall plugs) for my daughters cupboards. i reported this when i went back to work on the 250909 as the 240909 was a public holiday, but had to do another follow up myself on monday 280909. Mervin from the factory wanted to know how after a month can i call to advise them 1 cupboard door is missing.
