On receipt of the product, which was broken, the merchant refused to issue a return authorization number. Their shipper had an unauthorized person sign, even though the appropriate person was clearly listed on the bill of lading. The merchant stated that the shipper was responsible, they weren't and I had to file an insurance claim with the shipper to receive a refund.
