ordered 2 kitchen counter stools in March. Never got by there est arrival date. called and they told me they were delivered to my house and sat in front of the garage doors. Told her they were not, 5 reps later they found out they were delivered to NY not PA. They called the company and another set was to be sent out the next day and they would email me with the tracking # and still nothing. I am beginning to think that no company should be able to charge your cards or accounts until the day the objects ship out to the buyer.
