Missing shelving to units. missing base corner unit fillet. Incorrect glass doors. No follow up call from emails sent even tho auto response to do so received. Poor aftersales support. Difficult to get hold of customer service on the phone. Now resulted in Registered mail to ensure goods are sent as already paid for. Not recommending this organisation to any one i know. They have poor checking systems before sending out items and dont follow up your complaints. Will be following up with legal action if not dealt with to my satisfaction now recorded and kept all emails and letter. Also informed Trading Standards.
