They don't list a phone number or an address. Just a PO Box. I found a phone number that went straight to a machine. When you place an order they are very nice about e-mailing you. You are supposed to mail your check. After not hearing anything for two weeks and writing to them; they will write you back with some sort of excuse like they are in the process of moving or your product was back-ordered but it is on its way. By this time your check or PayPal/Credit Card payment has already been received. After waiting another week to two and starting to e-mail again, they ignore your e-mails entirely! I am letting everyone I know about this fraudulent company! I would love to see them shut down so they can't scam anyone else.
