A good friend took her dog Ellie to klassy k-9 kitty kuts here in forest city, NC to to have her hair kut. Instead the owner shaved Ellie and rather badly at that. I mean have ever saw a totaly bald butt on a dog... My friend was very upset and the language, well ... If you ever come WNC do not take your favorite kat or pooch to this place. I wish I could find other ways to complain and help my friend .
