In September of 2010 I purchased 2 Guitar Amplifiers a gt15hm and a Uranus 5hm from KLDGUITAR /Kailing electric
The cost with shipping was about $460. Took a long time to receive them . They look good!
But build quality was poor, Switch fell out and I had to do the tech work to replace it. Then the tubes burnt up and nearly caused a fire also burnt out the output transformer (cheap tube socket caused a short), that was one amp the other had a problem in the causing the Volume level to swell then retard. Was told they would send a new printed circuit board. They never did. Terrible and unusable, . KLD for months promised to send parts, always not available, 108 emails! It is now April 2011 . Why so long do I keep at it? What option do I have, China is another country? So I give up on this guy has no integrity or intention to make things right. I loose and he continues to sell hi product to unsuspecting individuals. I believe he wants a true international company, but... He has a long way to go to do honest business with integrity. I am ashamed to be taken for the fool!
