I originally in November of2010 ordered a trial size of their product Acia Berry Pill for $2.95, i never received it and called the company approximatly a month later to tell them i wanted a refund and to loose my information. In January of this year they charged my debit/credit card for $87.13 i called to tell them i wanted a refund spoke to a very rude person he said they show the product went out and its not his problem i didnt get it. I told him i wanted a refund they refused, i then told him i didnt want his product and i was calling the better business bureau because their company and their service in plain term sucked. would you believe after all that a week later they did it again. i need help (and yes under a different name but it is the same company). What do i do now i am very angry!!!
