KNB Careers posts "job offers" on craigslist.com, but there is no employment opportunity. This company wants you to respond to a fake position in order to draw you in. Once you have applied to the position, they ask you to provide references. Once you have done that, they contact you with the following:

Hello and Congratulations.

HOWEVER, upon completion of these instructions, they contact you again and tell you that several employers are interested in meeting with you, but your resume needs work... For a certain dollar amount, you must purchase their services to recreate your resume.

There is NO JOB.

This is FRAUDULENT!!!
