On May 6, 2006 we purchase $8,000 worth of furniture...wish we had gone to this web-site first.....Purchased at the Knoxville Tn Store. Its now July 13, 2006 and we still do not have most of the furniture we have ordered....Customer service basically said we dont care General Electric Credit Co. has already paid us. I'ts you credit that will suffer if you dont pay.... They call about deliveries with that stupid 4 hour window, then dont show up, or wont wait 10 minutes for you to get home.
