In June I was contracted by Konani to conduct Microsoft Office training to a particular company for 10 days. I signed a contract with Konani and the agreement was that I receive payment for the training at the end of July. To this day no payment has been received and every time I try contact them they are either 'out of the office' or make up some excuse about the payment. I find this unacceptable and have sought legal advise. They have received a letter of demand from my lawyers and still have not responded.

I would just like to warn other trainers about this company as I see they still advertise training positions.

I am disgusted by their lack of professionalism and the fact that they are avoiding me. They keep on blaming the company that contracted them to do the the training for the payment but the reality is that I signed a contract with Konani and not with the other company.
