Anyone wishing to buy MFP printers, do not even think of going in for KONICA MINOLTA PRINTERS. False promises, bad delivery, false promises ..name it and you get it from thier resellers. No experience, no service back ups ...nothing. All that you get is a grey box that you will struggle to print or do basic functions. Ooops did I forget to tell you that a FAX add on modem for a machine that costs 75K is 45 K!! and that too not available.
