On 9 Jan 2011 i bought bus ticket from singapore (golden mile complex) to Kuala Lumpur (ancasa hotel) with BUS Registration No. JHV 5799 written on my ticket.
But in middle, i was transferred to other Bus for reason that the bus is going to GENTING and NOT to ANCASA HOTEL. as the driver promised that i will be at my point of arrival at ancasa hotel so i agreed and i also DOUBLE confirm to other BUS (WRU 1818) as going to my destination.
and the actual is : I WAS NOT ARRIVED AT ANCASA HOTEL but AT BUKIT JALIL. and without any reason and the bus will stop here, i argue and tell him i will report this matter and the driver with fiercly said " GO REPORT, AND MY REPORT WILL NOT BE BOTHERED"
is this singapore bus operate? and no guaranteed that we will arrived to our destination?
