I sign up for the free credit report, 6 month before I deploy, the entire deployment I recieved emails that stated my credit report had changed. I would attempt to check my credit report, I would get a pop that stated that I could not pull report because not authorized in the country in which I was deployed. Two weeks after I redeployed back to my duty station, I called to cancel the service, I was told I was not in there system and I should try another experian credit agency. I send an email every month askin for cancellation. Today 24 Aug 2010 I finally got to customer service rep that would help me, she states to me that they have my service starting May 1st 2010. I have all bank statements that have MNI withdrawing from my account for almost two years. I am told I don't know how that could be and I would be transferred to corpate headquarters. I wait on hold ten mins before someone answers the phone. In short I am told a time and date of every phone call I made, and whom I spoke to. I was read every note that was inputed, that states I tried to cancel. The manger tells me that there is no way that I could have had the service prior to May 1st because all the phone calls I made were in the fiscal year 2010. I let him know that it is expensive to call from Afghanistan to an 800 number, and they began recieving phone calls two weeks after I redeployed and had a phone number and internet established. He called me a liar and told me that there was no possible way and that I obviously did not comprehend what he was saying to me. I let him know that I would take all my bank statements to JAG for assistance he laughed in my face and said less than 1% of these complaints get resolved. Make your complaints this stuff has to stop and stop NOW.!!!
