I paid insurance on my Kricket phone and it begin to mess up on its own...no water damage or anything of the sort...and all i am asking for is that my Kricket phone be replaced with a new one...without me having to pay and extra money or any deductible just to get a new phone...or otherwise i will be seeking to sue or they could atleast give me back my money for paying for the phone and insurance...
