I placed My order online Added theses Promo i had received on an email. Order was Placed on 1/12/2010 I checked the status last night it said it Oder placed but today i check and it said canceled. Called and they said it was cancel because they couldn't size it. well i called and to place the order again and asked if it could be size they said yeah. i ask if they can ask to make sure, they and confirmed that they could . the price i was getting the ring for was $622.84. i believe the reason they cancel was because i was getting a ring for so cheap. i asked if they could give me the same ring as it without sizing it they said, no! that it was cancel by a supervisor and that they couldn't do anything about it. they ruined my life i was suppose to propose with that ring because that's the ring my soon to be wife picked. its just Disappointing. order number is Order# 61951022 Item: KRN041-7 14K WG 1.00CTW PC/RD DIAMOND RING.. If it was not available to be sized why is it there still or why the price go up on that same ring? its not ethical of them to cancel my order. Email me [email protected]
