After several problems initially, it was determined that the manufacturer had not installed everything paid for. They told me they would refund me. They never did. In addition, I called them about a few problems I was having. They said they would send a technician. They never did. When I tried to contact them, the phone had been disconected, my e-mails have gone unanswered.
