I travelled on 23 April 2011 from Delhi-Dubai-Johannesburg-Gaborone via flight EK-515, EK-761 & BP-206. We booked six luggage from Delhi to destination Gaborone vide carrier bag tag number 277951, 277952, 277953, 277954, 277955 & 278437. Out of which we received only five bags. We lost one having number 277955. I filed the complaint at Air Botswana. After having investigations they said they did not receive the said bag in Johannesburg(RSA). They said the bag has been lost with Emirates. It's been almost a week to arrived Gaborone and i am suffering. Tell what should i do.
